A mother to two wild little boys who feel most alive adventuring in the wilderness.  I love cups of tea, hiking, listening to the rain fall and being a creative, little soul.

A little bit about me

My mornings are slow. As light peeks in through the window, I hear footsteps running along the hall, ready for milky snuggles in bed as we indulge in moments of silliness and stillness with equal pleasure.

We often walk to the woods where the boys play for hours, making dens, creating memories, just me and them. Surrounded by tall trees, in our own little world, everything else is quiet but for the birds singing in the sky. This is where I can breathe deeply and feel at peace. Here is my home.

Afternoons are spent reading books, playing and painting. As the low sun begins to glow we tuck two tired little boys into bed and spend time just us. As I dim the lights and draw the curtains, he lights the fire and we enjoy a moment of calm

Where it all began…

Creativity has always felt like a second language to me – a way to express myself and hold on to my most treasured memories. It started with a love of art and drawing, ever since I can remember I’ve always had a sketchbook in hand. At art college, I was handed my first camera and with that I was smitten, totally fascinated by this new world of dark rooms and film.

I began to fall for photography and studied it as a degree in London, graduating with a First in 2015. While I continued my passion, documenting the loved ones around me and working in the industry, it was after the arrival of my two sons that my own business was born.

Suddenly, something I had studied academically took on a magical new meaning. Watching my babies grow, I became passionate about documenting each and every second of them, desperate for time to stand still. I began to see how quickly they changed; one minute cradled in my arms, and the next taking their first steps. I wanted to record it all. The happiness, the moments of stillness, the everyday, knowing I would one day relive it all through these pictures.

This is what I want to do for you, too. We have all wished we could stop time, hoping to freeze a smile or a hug, and live in that moment forever. Let me help you get in front of the camera, and instead of being the person who takes the pictures, allow me to create an environment where you can enjoy time with your family, and capture moments that will last forever.

One day all your children will have are pictures of you. Make sure you’re in them. No matter what you look like, they won’t care about any of that, they’ll just want to see you.
